When it’s working, the board is a lot of fun. Smooth ride, feels great. But the charging… yeah, that’s been the frustrating part. Sometimes it takes forever. Way longer than I expected. One night I left it plugged in and by morning it barely seemed like it charged at all. For what this costs, I really thought that part would be more dependable. Support was okay, to be fair. Helpful enough. But still, the whole thing left me annoyed.

I started noticing wear on mine a lot sooner than I thought I would, even though I wasn’t rough with it. I get that nothing lasts forever, but for the price, it seems reasonable to expect it to hold up better than this. Overall, I’m disappointed with the durability.

I really wanted to love this, but the price feels way too high. For what I paid, I expected a lot more. It kind of feels like you’re just paying extra for the brand name, not the actual value. Not really worth it for me :(

The board itself seems fine so far, but trying to get basic accessories has been really annoying. Every time I check, the stuff I need is out of stock. I even tried contacting support about it and just kept getting transferred around, which made the whole thing feel even more frustrating than it needed to be.

The site looks good at first. Clean, nice enough. But actually using it was a different thing. I kept clicking around trying to find basic info, and it just took longer than it should have.
Some pages felt slow. Some parts weren’t super clear. Maybe it works better if you already know exactly what you’re looking for, but I didn’t. Got annoyed faster than I expected and ended up leaving.

I reached out to support hoping they could help, but the replies was slow and vague. It felt like once they had my money, nobody really cared anymore. Just a disappointing experience overall

I picked up a Lift Foils board and ran into an issue after light use. I expected the warranty process to be straightforward, especially with a product at this price point.

The whole back-and-forth ended up being slower and more frustrating than I expected. I’ve heard better things about their support in the past, but this time it felt like I was just being passed around and waiting for someone to actually take ownership.

The board is a blast when everything is working, which makes it even more disappointing. Lift used to seem like the kind of company that really stood behind its gear, but my warranty experience didn’t feel that way at all.

I couldn’t get the hang of it at all. I spent way too much time trying to learn how it works and just ended up frustrated. Save your time and look for something easier to use.

I was expecting better quality for what I paid. It feels cheap, which is a little disappointing, but I guess that’s just what counts as “good enough” these days.
